Doctoral researcher Veronika Chronholm from EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Statistical Applied Mathematics, Department of Mathematical Sciences, is working with IMI to use mathematical tools to tackle uncertainties in radiotherapy treatment for cancer.  Through her research she can help doctors improve treatment for patients in the UK and beyond, improving their chances of recovery and long term health.
