We developed a novel performance assessment tool that contrasts students’ chronological age with their biological age, enabling meaningful comparisons across the broader student population. To support dynamic analysis, we developed an interactive tool that empowers scientists – and later coaches – to explore individual student performance in real time, visualizing achievements in the context of their cohort.
